How recruiting with Laila works

Step 1Hiring manager submits a job req

The hiring manager initiates the process by submitting their detailed job requirements, as well as indicating the number of candidates they wish to interview - typically, a minimum of five candidates is required for each job requisition.

Step 2Job is matched to you

Laila will match the job req to an ideally suited recruiter, and you have a 48-hour window to accept the job.

Step 3Sourcing and screening

After accepting the job, you are free to begin sourcing candidates that match the given job requirements. Following this, you conduct the initial video screening interviews via the Laila platform to pinpoint individuals best suited for the role.

Step 4Hiring manager is notified

Upon completion of the screening process, Laila notifies the hiring manager of the qualified candidates that are available to them for an interview.

Step 5Paid per interview

As a recruiter, you are rewarded for your effective sourcing efforts. You are paid for each candidate that the hiring manager chooses to interview, ensuring payment is linked to your proficiency in identifying promising talent, irrespective of the subsequent hiring decision.
